Guide to Changing the Status of Domestic Investment (PMDN) to Foreign Investment (PMA)

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, select “Sign in”

2. Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

3. Business Actor Dashboard

4. Click Menu Business Licensing, choose Change, then select Change of Business Entity

5. Select the changes you want to make

Select or tick Move Status
The system will display information on what changes the business actor must make if they choose Change Status
Choose Change Now to continue

Ensure that business actor data in the AHU System is correct and appropriate. Special status change feature for changes from PMDN to PMA.

If the PMA company wants to change its status to PMA too, then the process cannot continue
If the PMA company changes its status to PMDN, the process cannot continue

6. Complete Change Form

Complete New Business Entity Profile Data (AHU Online Data Source) correctly and appropriately, then check again

Complete New Capital Data (AHU Online Data Source) correctly and appropriately, then check again

If on List of Management and Shareholders (AHU Online Data Source) If there is a Country of Origin that is still empty, business actors must complete it correctly and appropriately
Choose V, then select Change Data to continue

If there is information "Taxpayer's name does not match, name on NPWP = XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXX" then the Business Actor can correct it in the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) system/application
If there is information “Country of Origin data for your Management and Shareholders has not been filled in. Fill in the country of origin data," then the business actor can make changes to the Change Form in the List of Management and Shareholders (new) section (data source: AHU)

If there is information "The status transfer process cannot continue because there is a KBLI that does not comply with the provisions of the investment business sector. Make a revocation or cancellation before continuing the status transfer process..." then the Business Actor can revoke or cancel the KBLI in question

If there is information "Please change shareholder data through your notary," then business actors can make changes to shareholders through a notary

If there is information "Total Issued Capital must be the same as Total Paid Up Capital in the Form of Money. Make changes to your notary," then business actors can make changes to the Total Capital through a notary
If there is information "Companies with PMA investment status, paid-up capital and issued capital of at least 10 billion" then business actors can make changes to the Change Form section New Capital Data (AHU Online Data Source)
If there is information "Total Issued and Paid-up Capital must not be less than 25% of Total Authorized Capital" then business actors can make changes to the Change Form section New Capital Data (AHU Online Data Source)
If there is information "The status transfer process cannot be continued because the value of the issued capital or paid-up capital in the form of money must be equal to the total capital of the management and shareholders. Make changes to your notary" then business actors can make changes to the value of issued capital or paid-up capital in the form of money through a notary

7. Eyebrow Change Status Successful

Business actors can check PT Investment Status at Business Licensing Menu, choose New Application, then select a tab Business Entity Data Preview
