Information :

Guide for MSE Business Actors who will apply for KBLI 47111 (Retail Trade of Various Kinds of Goods, Mainly Food, Drinks or Tobacco, Not in Minimarkets/Supermarkets/Hypermarkets)

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, choose "Enter"

2. Enter Username and Password, then click the button ENTER

3. Dashboard Businessmen

4. Click Menu Business Licensing, Then Development

5. Add Business Area

Choose Add Business Area to add business fields for which business licensing will be processed.

6. Complete Selection of Business Field

Click Select Business Field.

The system will display the Business Field Selection form.
Choose Types of Business Activities
Choose Business fields or KBLI 47111
The system will display Description of Business Field automatically according to the chosen field of business.
Choose Scope Mini Market
Next, select Save.

7. Complete Business Actor Data Recording Form

Answer related questions Have you had a business license before?
Answer the questions Already have a NPWP at the location?
Complete Name of Business Activity
Complete Location of Business Activities you
Complete Business Address you properly and appropriately
Complete Data Investasi for the Field of Business correctly and appropriately
Then, choose Risk Validation. The system will display the information Business Scale and Risk Level in accordance with the Investment Data that you complete

Complete Description of Business Activities others and Workforce

Complete List of Products/Services
Choose Add Products/Services to continue the process of storing business data

Check again the data that you have completed,
then, select Finished to continue

The system will display a notification to ensure that the data you have completed is appropriate and correct
Choose Yes, continue with the next process to continue

Read, Understand, and Tick on the box Checkbox, then click the button Carry on

8. Read, Understand, and Tick on the box Checkbox, then click the button Furthermore.

9. Check regularly Status KKPR on List of Business Activities

Business Actors can also check the Application Status via Tracking Menu.
On the page Track Application Status there is Business Licensing Issuance Period. The amount of time required to process a Business Licensing application is calculated 5 Working Days (3 days at OPD, then 2 days at DPMPTSP)

If the status becomes “MSEs Need to Improve Spatial Requirements” Businessmen must do repair through Change Menu | Changes in Business Data

After KKPR Approved, choose Business Licensing Process to continue

10. Understand and Check Self-Declaration

The system will display various types of Independent Statement Based on Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law.
Read, understand and click checkbox/checkbox in each Self-Statement listed.
Click the button CARRY ON.

11. Check Business Licensing Draft (NIB)

The system will display a draft NIB, then click checkbox/checkbox on disclaimer stated.
Click the button ISSUE BUSINESS LICENSES.

13. Issue Permit

Select the NIB Menu, Business Actors can View and Download the Printout by clicking "Download NIB”
