REVOCATION OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF FOREIGN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES BUSINESS ENTITIES (BUJKA) - REVOCATION OF NON-LIQUIDATION OF BUJKA BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

Information: Before you conduct BUJKA Revocation, please do BUJKA Reporting first. You can view the BUJKA Reporting guidelines on the page. https://oss.go.id/panduan.

If you have difficulty revoking the non-liquidation of business activities of a Foreign Construction Services Business Entity (BUJKA), you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click MASUK.

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK.

3. Enter the menu KANTOR PERWAKILAN, select PENCABUTAN, click BUJKA

4. After that, the system will display the BUJKA Revocation Request List page. Click the button AJUKKAN PENCABUTAN to report BUJKA business activities.

5. When click the button AJUKKAN PERMOHONAN (step 4), the system will display a BUJKA Revocation form which you must check and fill in. First of all, please check BUJKA Ownership Data.

6. Please check the Principal Office Data.

7. Please check the Data Article of Association (AoA) Data

8. Please check the Representative Office Data. There are two form displays, which are if the Person in Charge is a foreigner and an Indonesian citizen. If the Person in Charge is from a foreign country, you are required to upload your Passport and complete the Passport validity date.

9. Please check the Letter of Appointment (LoA) PJBU Data.

10. Select the BUJKA Business Activity that will be revoked. You can choose more than one KBLI (If you choose all KBLI please check the guide for Application for Revocation of Liquidation of BUJKA Business Activities)

11. Please check the Employment Data

12. Fill in the Data Representative Office Activity Report for the Last Period. If you have filled in the report, the system will automatically display the representative office activity report data for the last period.

13. Fill in the NPWP data.

14. Please read and understand the Statement carefully, click the checkbox DISCLAIMER, and click SAYA SUDAH MENYETUJUI. Make sure the complete data on the revocation form is correct, then click PROSES. You can also save the revocation form as a draft with the click of a button SAVE AS DRAFT and also see the Preview of the retraction print with a click of a button PRATINJAU CETAKAN PENCABUTAN.

15. Pop-up for a confirmation will appear when you process the revocation form. If you are sure want to revoke them, click the button YA.

16. For the Non-Liquidation Revocation of BUJKA Business Activities will be immediately approved without requiring verification from the verifier and the application status will change to "Approved/Setujui" as in the example in the image below. Click the “V” icon to display:

17. The following is a display of the product results of the BUJKA Revocation Request. For partial closure of BUJKA business activities, you will receive a BUJKA Revocation Statement and also a BUJKA Business Activity Closure Printout (Standard Certificate/Permit License).

If you are having difficulty revoking the liquidation of the business activities of a Foreign Construction Services Business Entity (BUJKA), you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit Https://Oss.Go.Id/, Click MASUK.

2. Enter Your Username And Password, Then Click The Button MASUK.

3. Enter The Menu KANTOR PERWAKILAN, Select PENCABUTAN, Click BUJKA

4. After That, The System Will Display The BUJKA Revocation Request List Page. Click The Button AJUKKAN PENCABUTAN To Report BUJKA Business Activities.

5. When Click The Button AJUKKAN PERMOHONAN (Step 4), The System Will Display A BUJKA Revocation Form Which You Must Check And Fill In. First Of All, Please Check BUJKA Ownership Data.

6. Please Check The Principal Office Data.

7. Please Check The Data Article Of Association (AoA) Data

8. Please Check The Representative Office Data. There Are Two Form Displays, Which Are If The Person In Charge Is A Foreigner And An Indonesian Citizen. If The Person In Charge Is From A Foreign Country, You Are Required To Upload Your Passport And Complete The Passport Validity Date.

9. Please Check The Letter Of Appointment (LoA) PJBU Data.

10. Select all BUJKA Business Activities that will be revoked in the check box.

11. Fill in the Data on a Statement Letter from the Head of the Representative Office or Director of the Company in the Country of Origin stating that he has no Debts and Receivables

12. Fill in the Data on Orders/Statements from Company Directors in the Country of Origin Regarding BUJKA Closing

13. Fill in the Data Sanction Free Certificate from the Directorate of Institutions and Construction Resources, Directorate General of Construction Development, Ministry of PUPR

14. Fill in the Data Representative Office Activity Report for the Last Period. If you have filled in the report, the system will automatically display the representative office activity report data for the last period.

15. Fill in your NPWP data. You can choose whether you have NPWP or not. If you still have NPWP, please enter your NPWP number but if you don’t have it, you are required to upload NPWP Certificate. You can upload a Valid NPWP Certificate issued by the local KPP or NPWP Revocation Letter (if the NPWP has been revoked by the KPP)

16. Please read and understand the Statement carefully, click the checkbox DISCLAIMER, and click SAYA SUDAH MENYETUJUI. Make sure the complete data on the revocation form is correct, then click PROSES. You can also save the revocation form as a draft with the click of a button SAVE AS DRAFT and also see the Preview of the retraction print with a click of a button PRATINJAU CETAKAN PENCABUTAN.

17. Pop-up for a confirmation will appear when you process the revocation form. If you are sure want to revoke them, click the button YA.

18. Status of Revocation of BUJKA Business Activities has been sent and will be checked by an authorized Verifier. Please wait for the verification results and check regularly.

19. If the documents submitted are incomplete or do not comply with the provisions, the verifier will return the application. Your application status will be “Needs Improvement/Perlu Perbaikan”. Click the icon 'V' and click PERBAIKI to improve the revocation request form

20. See the notes column for correction notes from the authorized verifier. Fill in/correct the documents on the application form according to the correction notes and provide feedback after you have made the corrections.

21. Once the application/document is corrected, click on the checkbox DISCLAIMER and click the button SAYA SUDAH MEMBACA DAN MENYETUJUI and click PROSES to send revised requests for Revocation of Liquidation of BUJKA Business Activities.

22. If the Verifier approves the Revocation of Liquidation, the application status will change to "Approved/Disetujui" as in the example in the image below. Click the “V” icon to display:

23. The following is a view of the BUJKA Revocation Request product result. For the permanent closure of BUJKA's business activities, you will get a BUJKA Revocation Statement Letter, BUJKA NIB Revocation Printout, and BUJKA Business Activity Closure (Standard Certificate / Permit License).
