REPORTING OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES OF FOREIGN CONSTRUCTION SERVICE BUSINESS ENTITIES (BUJKA)

If you are having trouble with the Foreign Construction Services Business Entity (BUJKA) report activity, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, and click MASUK.

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK.

3. Enter the menu PELAPORAN, select KANTOR PERWAKILAN, and click BUJKA.

4. After that, the system will display the BUJKA Report List page. Click the button BUAT LAPORAN to report BUJKA business activities.

5. When you click the button BUAT LAPORAN (step 4), there are two parts of the form, which are the General Data Form and the Project Data Form. In the General Data form, double-check the Business Actor data.

6. Please check the Business Field data to be reported.

7. Then, please fill in the Personnel report data. Confirm the data you have provided, then click SELANJUTNYA.

8. Next, the system will display the Project Data form, please select one of the Project types.

9. Please fill in General Project Data.

10. Please fill in the Employment Data. There are two views of the Employment form if the project manager is an Indonesian citizen and the project manager is a foreigner:

A. The Display of Employment Form for Indonesian citizen

B. The Display of Employment Form for Foreign Citizen

11. Please fill in the Operational Cooperation Data. You can also add a filling column to questions that have buttons TAMBAH DATA.

12. Please fill in Data Sub-Provider Data. If you have more than one Sub-Service Provider data, you can click TAMBAH SUB-PENYEDIA JASA to fill in the Sub-Service Providers that you have and you can also add a filling column to the question that has a button TAMBAH KOLOM.

13. Please fill in the Investment Realization Data. You can fill in additional values in the section Additional realization in the Reporting Period, meanwhile, the system will carry out the total accumulation up to the reporting period and display the value in the section Total Accumulation up to Reporting Period.

14. Please fill in the Responsible Person Data. You can also enter more than one email, click the button + to save the email.

15. Please read and understand the Statement carefully, and click on the checkbox DISCLAIMER. Make sure the data you have provided is correct, then click KIRIM LAPORAN.

16. BUJKA Business Activity Reporting will be immediately approved. You can click the button CETAK LAPORAN To view or download the BUJKA report, meanwhile, if you want to see the details of the report being reported, you can click view LIHAT DETAIL.

17. The following is the printed product of the BUJKA Report.
