The System Displays The Contents Of The Previously Entered Business Actor Data Recording Form (When OSS 1.0 Or 1.1)
Select Business Area For Appropriate And Correct Business Field Data Input

12. Complete Selection Of Business Field

Select Main Type Of Business Activity
Select Field Of Business Appropriate And Will Be Submitted
Select Scope

13. Complete The Whole Business Actor Data Recording Form

Complete Location Of Business Activities Appropriate, Then Check RDTR And Activities
Complete Investment Data For Business Sectors,Then Risk Validation
Complete List Of Products/Services

14. Understand And Check Self-Declaration

The System Will Display Various Types Of Independent Statement Based On CK Law Number 11 Of 2020 According To Previously Stored Data And Information.
Read, Understand And Click Checkbox/Checkbox In Each Self-Statement Listed.

15. Check Business Licensing Draft (NIB)

The System Will Display A Draft NIB, Then Click Checkbox/Checkbox On Disclaimer Listed.
Click The Button ISSUE BUSINESS LICENSES.

Fulfillment Of Requirements

16. Do It Requirements Fulfillment Process

Select Click Here Or You Can Go Through The Menu Business Licensing Then Fulfillment Of Requirements

17. Process Fulfillment Of Permit Requirements

Click IN Then Select Process For Fulfilling Permit Requirements To Continue

Upload Documents Fulfilling The Requirements, Provide Notes, Then Click Carry On.

18. Check The List Of Business Activities Regularly (Compliance Status)

Fulfillment Status ”Waiting For Verification Of Requirements” Means That The Business Actor Has Fulfilled The Requirements And Will Be Verified.
Fulfillment Status ”Verified Issue/SS Permit” Means That The Standard Certificate Has Been Issued And Business Actors Can Print The Product.

19. Issue Permit

Select The NIB Menu, Business Actors Can View And Download The Printout By Clicking "Print Permit" Or "Print NIB”
