APPLICATION FOR REVOCATION OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE LICENSE - REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OF FOREIGN TRADE COMPANY (KP3A) NON PMSE

If you are having difficulty processing the Application for Revocation of Non-PMSE Foreign Trade Representative Office (KP3A) Non-PMSE License, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, and select "MASUK".

2. Enter your Username and Password, then click the button MASUK.

3. Enter the menu KANTORT PERWAKILAN, select PENCABUTAN, and click KP3A NON-PMSE.

4. After you enter the menu, click AJUKAN PERMOHONAN to continue the process of the Licensing Revocation KP3A Non-PMSE.

5. Please check again your KP3A Non-PMSE Data Sources (Sumber Data KP3A Anda).

6. Select the office that has a business activity license that will be revoked by checking the check box. If you apply for the revocation of the KP3A Non-PMSE license for the main representative office, the application will automatically revoke all the KP3A Non-PMSE licenses for its branch representative offices.

7. Please check again Principal Office Data (Data Kantor Prinsipal).

8. Please check again the Data of the Representative Office in Indonesia (Data Kantor Perwakilan).

9. Please check again Business Activity Data (Data Kegiatan Usaha).

10. Please check again the Data Article of Association (AoA).

11. Please check again the Data Letter of Appointment (LoA).

12. Please check again the Data Letter of Intent (LoI).

13. Please check again the Data Letter of Reference (LoR).

14. Please check the Data Letter of Statement (LoS).

15. Fill in the Statement Letter from the Head of the Representative Office or the Board of Directors of the Company in the Home Country Stating that it Does Not Have Debts and Credits. For the display of the filling form in this section there are two conditions, namely if the Statement is made in Indonesia and not made in Indonesia.

16. Fill in the Data on Warrants/Statements from the Company's Directors in the Country of Origin regarding the Closure of KP3A Non-PMSE.

17. Fill in the Data of Representative Office Activities Report for the Last Period.

18. Fill in the NPWP data that you have. If you do not have NPWP, you must upload an NPWP Free Letter from the local KPP.

19. Please read and understand all the statements carefully, then check the box DISCLAIMER. Click I HAVE READ AND AGREE (Saya Sudah Membaca dan Menyetujui), then click PROSES to apply for revocation of KP3A non-PMSE permits.

20. After clicking PROSES, the status of the application will show that the application has been sent. The submitted KP3A Non-PMSE Licensing Application will display

21. Ministries/Institutions (K/L) will verify according to Norms, Standards, Procedures, and Criteria. If the Documents submitted are incomplete and need fixing, then the status of your request for revocation changes to 'Needs Improvement' (Perlu Perbaikan). Select the revocation request that needs improvement by ticking the data, then clicking PERBAIKI.

22. Please check the corrections notes given by the verifier to find out the necessary improvements and provide feedback if they have been corrected.

23. If the verifier provides corrections to the data automatically displayed by the system, you can make changes to the data on the PERUBAHAN menu. You can visit https://oss.go.id/panduan to view the Guide for Changes Data for KP3A Non-PMSE. After you have modified it, click the TARIK ULANG DATA PERIZINAN button to update the KP3A Non-PMSE data.

24. If the Revocation Request has been modified, then the status of your application becomes 'Modified' (Sudah diperbaiki).

25. If the verifiers approve the KP3A Non-PMSE License Revocation, the application status will change to 'Approved' (Disetujui). The approved revocation application will display :

26. The following is a display of the Revocation Prints and Revocation Statement Letters that will be obtained after the Application for Revocation of KP3A Non-PMSE Licensing is approved:

a. Printout of Revocation

b. Printout of the Revocation Statement

c. Printout of NIB Revocation

The NIB will be revoked automatically if the application for revocation of the KP3A Non-PMSE permit for the main representative office that you submitted is approved.
