1. Make sure you have access rights

Access rights are in the form of a username and password sent to the e-mail provided during registration.

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/

3. Select SIGN IN

4. Enter Username and Password, then click the SIGN IN

5. Click on Business Licensing Menu and select New Application

6. Complete Business Actor Data

The system will display the data automatically:

1.Population Identification Number (NIK)

2.Name

3.Gender

4.Place/Date of Birth

5.Phone Number

6.ID address

Data that you must complete:

1.Personal Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)

2.BPJS Employment (if you already have)

3.BPJS Health (If you already have)

The licensing process will still be able to continue even though the Business Actor does not yet have BPJS Health or BPJS Employment

7. Complete Business Field Data

Click Select Business Field

The system will display the Business Field Selection Form
Data that you must complete:

1.Type of Business Activity (Main, Supporting, Administrative Branch Office, or Supporting UMKU)

2.Business Field (If the selected business field is included in the BUPM provisions, the system will display activity options. Choose business activities that are in accordance with the activities carried out by business actors)

3.Description of the Business Field, will be automatically filled in by the system after selecting the KBLI / Business Field

4.Scope of Activities

Click the SAVE button.

The system will display:

6.Self-declaration

7.Status

Click the BUSINESS LICENSING PROCESS button.
For Low Risk MSE Licensing go to step 14.
For Low Medium Risk MSE Licensing go to step 13.

13. Check and Complete Environmental Approval Document (KBLI / Specific Business Field)

The system will display a confirmation question "Do you already have an Environmental Approval Document for this activity?" which you must select:

a. If you select Already, go to step 13.a to select the type of environmental approval document you have.

b. If you choose Not yet, go to step 13.b to complete the environmental approval obligation parameter form according to the conditions in the selected business activity.

Click the CONTINUE button.

If you select Already, a choice of the type of environmental approval document you have will appear.
Click the CONTINUE button, to go to the next step (step 14) without going through the parameter selection process.

If you select Not yet, the system will display a confirmation "Select Type of Business and/or Activity" that you must select based on the selected KBLI/Business Field.
Click the CONTINUE button.

If you do not have an Environmental Approval Document, then the data you must complete:

1.Environmental Parameters, select the parameter conditions listed on the form according to the business activities carried out.

(Then, the system will display the type of environmental document obligations that must be fulfilled, such as SPPL, UKL/UPL, or AMDAL.)

2.Business Description, fill in according to the description of the business activities carried out.

Click the CONTINUE button

14. Understand and Check Self-Declaration

The system will display various kinds of self-declarations according to the data and information stored previously, such as HSE Self-Declaration, Willingness to Meet Business Standards (Medium High risk)/Willingness to Meet License Requirements (High risk), SPPL, and others.
Read, understand and click the checkbox of each self-declaration,
Click CONTINUE

Especially for single licenses and in certain KBLIs that require Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and Halal Certification, the system will display a Self-Statement regarding this.

Specifically for licenses that require environmental commitments, the system will display the environmental self-declaration (SPPL/PKPLH).

15. Check Draft Business License

The system will display the draft NIB, then click the checkbox.
Click the ISSUE BUSINESS LICENSE button.

16.a Business Licenses have been issued (Low Risk)

Business Licenses have been issued, including:

1.NIB, click the PRINT NIB button.

2.Self-Declaration, click the Print button.

Then you can view, download, and print the business license product.

16.b Business Licenses have been issued (Low Medium Risk)

Business Licenses have been issued, including:

1.NIB, click the PRINT NIB button.

2.Standard Certificate, click the PRINT STANDARD CERTIFICATE button.

3.PKPLH/SKKL, click on PRINT PKPLH/SKKL Approval (if any).

4.Self-Declaration, click the Print button.

Then you can view, download, and print the business licensing products.
