A. Steps To Perform Add Data Action

1. Select Menu Legacy Access Rights

2. The System Will Display List Of Derivative Access Rights

3. Select Add Data

4. Complete The Add Child Access Rights Form, Then Click SAVE

Data That You Must Complete: Work Unit (Select Licensing Unit, Monitoring Unit, Or Data Processing Unit), Field, KBLI, UMKU
Click SAVE

SelectWork Unit (Example:Licensing Units)
Select KBLI (Select KBLI Which Is The Authority Or Click Choose All To Select All KBLI)
Select Authority (Select Verification Or Approval)
Select UMKU Which Is The Authority Or Click Choose All To Select All UMKU)
Click SAVE

Select Work Unit (Example:Oversight Unit)
Select KBLI (Select KBLI Which Is The Authority Or Click Choose All To Select All KBLI)
Select UMKU Which Is The Authority Or Click Choose All To Select All UMKU)
Click SAVE

5. The System Will Display The New Data That Has Been Added

6. Users Receive Email For Username And Password To Login Into The System

1. On List Of Derivative Access Rights, Select The User You Want To Change The Data For, Then Click EDIT

2. Modify Form Data

3. The System Will Display The New Data That Has Been Changed

1. On List Of Derivative Access Rights, Select The User You Want To Delete Data From, Then Click NON-ACTIVE

2. System Displays Data Delete Notification, Click DELETE If You Want To Delete Data, And Canceled If You Don't Want To Delete Data

3. The System Will Display Notification If Successfully Deleted Data

1. On List Of Derivative Access Rights Select The User You Want To Resend Access Rights To, Then Click RESEND THE EMAIL

2. System Displays Notification Successfully Sent Email

3. Users Receive Username And Password To Login Into The System
