In the search feature, you can search for more than one category. 6. OPD can check Business Actor Data, Business Data, and Uploaded document

You can also see document from Basic Requirements and Independent Statement in Business Data

Check Standard Business Documents/Requirements uploaded by click View Documents
Change status to “Agreement” if the uploaded documents are appropriate
Change Status to “Repair" if the documents uploaded are not appropriate
Change Status to “Rejection” if you want to reject the application
If there is a technical data requirement, click it Download the Technical Attachment Template to download templates. Fill in the technical attachments as needed, then save as pdf file to be able to upload to the button ‘upload technical attachments.

7. Complete the Application Approval Form

If you don't require PNBP payments, then click No

8. The status of the business actor's application changes

Business Actor status changed to Payment confirmation(If require payment of PNBP) waiting for Business Actors to make payments PNBP

Business Actor's application status changed to Have Made Payments, if the business actor has uploaded proof of PNBP payment (if require payment of PNBP)

The status of the business actor's application becomes Approval of Terms(If does not require payment of PNBP)

Wait for the PNBP payment process carried out by Business Actors (If require payment of PNBP)
If so, on Proof of PNBP payment status select Approval of Terms
Upload Technical Attachment with a technical attachment template file that has been filled in and adjusted (if a template is available) beside the requirements

If does not require payment of PNBP, There is Status, select Approved
Click Attachment Preview to view uploaded technical attachments
Upload Technical Attachment if it doesn't exist, or to replace a previously uploaded technical attachment.
