Investment Activity Report - Non Micro and Small Enterprises (LKPM - Non UMK) Operational and/or Commercial Stage

1. Visit website https://oss.go.id/, click SIGN IN

2. Enter Username and Password, then click the SIGN IN

3. menu PELAPORAN, click LAPORAN KEGIATAN PENANAMAN MODAL (LKPM)

4. After entering the Report List page, select CREATE REPORT

Register The reports displayed on this screen are business activities that have been reported in the previous period.
On the Report List page, click the CREATE REPORT to create a new report

5.a Select the Production Phase Business Activities to be reported.

Click the link on the value TOTAL PLAN to see Details of Total Investment Plan
Click on the link on the TOTAL REALIZATION to see Details of Total Investment Realization
Click on the VIEW DETAILS in the Basic Requirements and UMKU column tocompleteness of Basic Requirements and UMKU

8. Complete Investment Realization Data

The system will display data automatically:

9. Complete the Workforce Realization Data The

system will display the Manpower Plan data automatically which includes:

Workforce Foreign Worker The

data that you must fill in, namely:

Total Workforce for the Previous period (Males, Women and Foreigners)
Additional Personnel Reporting Period Work (Men, Women, and Foreigners)
Reduction in Reporting Period Workforce (Men, Women, and Foreigners)
Local Local Workforce The

The column for filling in the Total Workforce of the Previous Period is only open at the time of first reporting OSS-Based LKPM Risks and for subsequent LKPM reporting will be displayed automatically by the system.
After you fill in the Manpower Data, the labor data entered will be calculated up to the reporting period and displayed by the system automatically in the Total Workforce Until Reporting Period column.

10. Complete the Problem Data that faced by Business Actors

Data Problems faced by business actors (if any) that you must fill in, namely:

Category of Problems
Details of the problem (only appear in certain problem categories)
Description of the Problem

Click SAVE PROBLEMS to save the Problem Data. You can save more than one issue.
To delete Problem Data, this can be done by ticking the checkbox for the selected Problem Data and clicking DELETE

11. Complete Production/Marketing Service Data per Year (for Quarterly IV reporting)

Data that you must complete:

Realization of Production on the type of goods/services produced
Exports (%) of the types of goods/services produced
Export Value in US$ per year

12. Complete Company Liability Data

14. Notification of Outward Investment (OI) (Especially PMDN Business Actors)

Notification of Outward Investment (OI) only appears for business actors who have PMDN investment status.
Click NO to continue the Construction Stage LKPM Reporting process and if you want to make an OI Report, click YES *
If you do an OI Report, the Construction Stage LKPM Report will still be sent

15. Operational and/or Commercial Stage LKPM Reports Sent

After completing and sending the reporting data, the system will display a notification that the report has been successfully sent
CLICK BACK TO THE MAIN PAGE to return to the LKPM List
Click CREATE NEW REPORT to report LKPM for other business activities

After completing the filling in the Operational and/or Commercial Stage LKPM report and sending the LKPM report, the report status will show 'Delivered'
Ministry/Institution/Region (K/L/D) will verify the Operational Stage LKPM and/or Commercial that has been sent in accordance with Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK)
Check periodically, to see the status of LKPM Construction Phase LKPM
status consists of: Delivered, Needs Repair, Has Been Repaired, and Approved.

16. K/L/D Verification for LKPM Operational and/or Commercial Stages

Ministries/Institutions/Regions (K/L/D) will carry out verification in accordance with Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK)
If the submitted LKPM is incomplete or not appropriate, then you will receive LKPM status as 'Needs Improvement' make improvements

17. Responding to the Verifier's Improvement Notes on LKPM Operational and/or Commercial Phase

The verifier will provide correction notes if your LKPM Production and/or Commercial Stage report requires improvement. You can reply by ticking the checkboxes of the notes you selected and filling in your reply in the response box.
Click SEND RESPONSE to send a note of improvement
Click SEND REPORT to send the LKPM back and the LKPM status will be “Repaired'

*You must fill in the response for any repair notes.

18. LKPM Report for Operational and/or Commercial Stage Approved

If the K/L/D approves the LKPM Report, the LKPM status will change to 'Approved'
Submission of an approved LKPM report will display:

Print Receipt (click RECEIVE)
Print LKPM (click PRINT LKPM)
Report Form that has been reported (click VIEW)

Then you can view, download, and print the LKPM that has been reported.
