Investment Activity Report - Non Micro and Small Enterprises (LKPM - Non UMK) Construction/Preparation Phase

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click ENTER

2. Enter Username and Password, then click the ENTER

3. Acces to Menu PELAPORAN, and click LAPORAN KEGIATAN PENANAMAN MODAL

4. After entering the LKPM Reports menu, click REPORT

that have been reported in the previous period
CREATE List

5. Activities Reported

Select the Construction Phase Business Activities to be reported in the current period by ticking the checkbox boxClick
NEXT to continue the process of making the Construction Phase LKPM report

6. Reject the Transfer of the Construction/Preparation Stage Report to the Operational and/or Commercial Stage Report

After selecting the activity effort and clicking NEXT, a pop up notification ready for operational and commercial (ko conversion to production stage) will appear. Click NO to continue the process of filling out the LKPM Report Construction/Preparation Stage
If the Business Activity you have chosen is ready for operation and commercial, click YES to proceed to the stage of verification ready for production/commercial operation *

7. Check Project Data The

system will display data on Business Activities to be reported in detail, which includes:

Investment Plan Business
Total Realization Until Previous Period (Rp)
Risk Level
SS Status/Permit
Basic Requirements and UMKU

Click on the link on the TOTAL PLAN to see Details of the Total Investment Plan
Click on the link on the value of the TOTAL REALIZATION to see Details of Total Investment Realization
Click the link on VIEW DETAILS in the Basic Requirements and UMKU column to see the completeness of the Basic Requirements and UMKU

8.a Complete Investment Realization (Fixed Capital)

The system will display Investment Plan data automatically automatically with details:

Purchase and Maturation of T Land
Building/
Machine Building/Equipment & Spare Parts
Other Requirements

Realized Additional Value is data that must be filled in by you. This filing is based on:

Purchase and preparation of Land
Building/
Machine Building/Equipment & Spare Parts
Other Needs

Make sure to fill in Additional Realization Data within the estimation period of the Investment Plan Value
After you fill in the Additional Realization Data, the additional realized value entered will be calculated up to with the reporting period and displayed by the system automatically in the Total Accumulated Actual column.

8.b Complete Investment Realization (Working Capital)

The system will display data on the
Additional Working Capital Plan Realized Working Capital is Data that must be filled in if the Total Accumulated Realization of Fixed Capital is more than or equal to 90% of the Investment Plan from fixed capital. If the Accumulated Realization of Fixed Capital is less than 90% of the Investment Plan from fixed capital then the Additional Realization of Working Capital cannot be filled.
Make sure to fill in Additional Realization Data within the estimation period of the Investment Plan Value.
After you fill in the Additional Realization Data, the additional realized value entered will be calculated up to the reporting period and displayed by the system automatically in the Total Accumulated Realization column

9.a Complete Value Data Changes Accumulated Total (If Necessary) - Data Change Form Accumulated Total Value

Filling in Data Changes Accumulated Total Value can be used if you are doing LKPM Reporting for the first time in Risk-Based OSS. This feature can only be used once of investment realization according to real
To display the form for filling in Data Changes to Total Accumulation Value Data, click CHANGE DATA TOTAL ACCUMULATION VALUE.
Total Accumulation of Initial Investment Realization on Fixed Capital and Working Capital will be displayed automatically by the system in accordance with the input in the Investment Realization column.
Temporary Total Accumulated Realization of Investment Becomes Fixed Capital and Working Capital you must fill in to make changes to Total Accumulated Realization of Investment
Click STATEMENT LETTER to display the Declaration Form for Adjustment of the Value of Total Accumulated Investment Realization .this statement letter must fill
If the changes to the total accumulated value data are approved by the verifier, the Total Accumulated Realized Investment Value will be used as the accumulated total in the LKPM

Total Accumulated Realization of Original Investment (fixed capital and working capital)
Total Accumulated Realization of Investment Becoming Capital (fixed capital and working capital)

Read and understand the statement carefully, then click I HAVE READ AND AGREE to save the Changes in Total Investment Accumulated Value.

system will display the Manpower Plan data automatically, with details:

Column to fill in Total The previous Period Workforce was only open the first time you made an LKPM Report on the Risk-Based OSS system and for subsequent LKPM reporting it will be displayed automatically by the system

11. Complete the Problems faced by Business Actors

Data on Problems faced by business actors (if any) that you must fill in, namely:

Category of Problems
Details of Problems (only appears in certain categories of problems)

Click SAVE PROBLEMS to save data mistakes. You can save more than one issue.

13. Notification Reports Outward Investment (OI) (Especially for PMDN Business Actors)

Notification of Outward Investment (OI) only appears for business actors who have PMDN investment status.
Click NO to continue the Construction Stage LKPM Reporting process and if you want to make an OI Report, click YES *
If you do an OI Report, the Construction Stage LKPM Report will still be sent

14.a LKPM Report Construction/Preparation Stage Sent

After completing and sending reporting data, the system will display a notification that the report has been successfully sent
KIik BACK TO MAIN PAGE to return to LKPM List
Click CREATE REPORT NEW to report LKPM for other business activities

14.b Construction/Preparation Stage LKPM Report Sent

After completing the Construction/Preparation Stage LKPM submission and sending the LKPM report, report status will show 'Delivered'
Ministry/Institution/Region (K/L/D) will verify the LKPM in the Construction/Preparation Stage that has been sent in accordance with Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK)
Check periodically, to see the status of LKPM in the Construction/Preparation Stage LKPM
status consists of: Sent, Needs Repair, Has Been Repaired, and Approved.

15. K/L/D Verification of LKPM Reports Construction/Preparation Stage

Ministries/Institutions/Regions (K/L/D) will carry out verification in accordance with Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK)
If the submitted LKPM is incomplete or is not appropriate, then you will receive LKPM status as 'Needs Improvement' and make improvements to

16.a Responding to Improvement Notes on LKPM Construction/Preparation Report from Verifier

You can provide a reply by ticking the checkbox/checkbox for the note you selected and filling in the reply in the response box.
Click SEND RESPONSE to send a note of correction
Click SEND REPORT to send the LKPM again

*You are required to fill in a response for each note of improvement.

16.b Respond to Notes of Correction of LKPM Report for Construction/Preparation Phase from Verifier

If your report has been repaired, you will receive a report status as 'Repaired'
If the file is then K/L/D will then verify it to approve LKPM for Construction Phase

17.a Non-UMK LKPM Report Construction/Preparation Stage Approved

If K/L/D approves the LKPM Report, the LKPM status will change to 'Approved'
Submission of an approved LKPM report will display:

Print Receipt (click RECEIPT)
Print LKPM ( click PRINT LKPM)
Report Form that has been reported (click VIEW)

Then you can view, download, and print the LKPM that has been reported.

17.b Non-UMK LKPM Report for the Construction/Preparation Stage Approved (LKPM Print)

17.c Non-UMK LKPM Report for the Construction/Preparation Stage Approved (Receipt)

The status of the printed receipt will change based on the status of the reported LKPM. For example, if the current LKPM status has been approved, the status on the Receipt will be 'Approved'.
