MEDIUM HIGH AND HIGH LEVEL RISK NON-UMK BUSINESS LINCENSES - BUSINESS ENTERPRISE

If you are having difficulty processing Non-UMK and Business Enterprise Licenses for Low and Medium Risk. You can follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have OSS account access rights

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click “Masuk”

3. Enter your Username and Password and then click MASUK

4. Select Menu Perizinan Berusaha and then click Permohonan Baru

5.a. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Limited Liability Company/PT)

Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Limited Liability Company/PT). After filling in click the TARIK ULANG DATA AHU button to display the most recent data registered in the AHU Online system.

The system will display the AHU data automatically. Please check the suitability of the entered data, then click the SIMPAN DATA button

5.b. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Commodity Partnership/CV)

Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Commodity Partnership/CV). After filling in click the TARIK ULANG DATA AHU button to display the most recent data registered in the AHU Online system.

The system will display AHU data automatically. Please check the suitability of the data and fill in the “Nomor SK Pengesahan Terakhir” (Last Approval Decree Number) column to get legality data based on the decree number, then click the SIMPAN DATA button

5.c. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Firm Partnership)

Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Firm Partnership). After filling in click the TARIK ULANG DATA AHU button to display the most recent data registered in the AHU Online system.

The system will display AHU data automatically. Please check the suitability of the data and fill in the “Nomor SK Pengesahan Terakhir” (Last Approval Decree Number) column to get legality data based on the decree number, then click the SIMPAN DATA button

5.d. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Civil Partnership)

Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Civil Partnership). After filling in click the TARIK ULANG DATA AHU button to display the most recent data registered in the AHU Online system.

5.e. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Cooperative Enterprise/Koperasi)

Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Cooperative Enterprise (Koperasi)). After filling in click the TARIK ULANG DATA AHU button to display the most recent data registered in the AHU Online system.

Fill in your ‘Nama Perusahaan’ (Company Name) and ‘Nomor Induk Koperasi’ (Cooperative Identification Number) data registered in the AHU system to get the latest legality data based on these data fields, then click the SIMPAN DATA button.

5.f. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Association / Partnership)

Click on the button TAMBAH DASAR PEMBENTUKAN BADAN USAHA. After clicking the button, a form for filling in the Basic Data for the Establishment of a Business Enterprise will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Click on the TAMBAH PENGURUS button. After clicking the button, a form for filling in the Management and Shareholder Data will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Click on the TAMBAH BIDANG USAHA button After clicking on the button, a form for filling in the Purpose and Objective Data will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Next, the system will display the Basic Data for Business Entity Establishment, Management and Shareholder Data, and Purpose and Objective Data that has been added previously. You can also change or delete the data that has been saved by clicking the "V" icon on the data you choose.

5.g. Fill in Business Enterprise Data (Foundation).

Click on the TAMBAH BIDANG USAHA button After clicking on the button, a form for filling in the Purpose and Objective Data will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Next, the system will display the Basic Data for Business Entity Establishment, Management and Founder Data, and Purpose and Objective Data that has been added previously. You can also change or delete the data that has been saved by clicking the "V" icon on the data you choose..

5.h. Fill in your Business Enterprise Data (Perum)

Click on the TAMBAH PENGURUS button. After clicking the button, a form for filling in the Management and Shareholder Data will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Click on the TAMBAH BIDANG USAHA button After clicking on the button, a form for filling in the Purpose and Objective Data will appear. Then, you can fill in the form.

Next, the system will display the Basic Data for Business Entity Establishment, Management and Shareholder Data, and Purpose and Objective Data that has been added previously. You can also change or delete the data that has been saved by clicking the "V" icon on the data you choose.

6. Click the SIMPAN button, then a validation message will appear (If not complete and appropriate, please contact a Notary/reporter to the Directorate General of AHU, Ministry of Law and Human Rights). If the validated data is complete and appropriate, then click the checkbox. Then, click the SELANJUTNYA button.

7. Click on the TAMBAH BIDANG USAHA button first. Next, the system will display the Business Actor Data Recording Form (Business Enterprise). Then click the PILIH BIDANG USAHA button.

8. Fill in your Business Detail Form according to the location of your business activities with the following conditions:

a. If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the LAND

Select the Map Image Type. If you choose "Point", fill in the Latitude and Longitude points according to the business location and if you choose "Polygon", upload the polygon file in SHP Complete format

Answer the question “Apakah kegiatan usaha merupakan rencana pembangunan dan pengembangan Objek Vital Nasional?” (Is the business activity a National Vital Object development plan?). If you answer Yes, then upload the National Vital Object Decision File. Next, click the CEK RDTR DAN KEGIATAN (if applicable) in which case the system will display the following conditions:

If the business location is available in the RDTR, the business activity and site are by the RDTR, then a notification of the provisions in the RDTR that you selected will appear and if it is appropriate, you can click the LANJUT button.
If the business location is available in the RDTR, but the business activity and location are NOT in the RDTR, then you must change the KBLI or business location by clicking the BELUM button
Jika lokasi usaha tersedia RDTR, sedangkan kegiatan usaha dan lokasi TIDAK sesuai RDTR, maka Anda harus mengubah KBLI atau lokasi usaha dengan klik tombol BELUM.
If the business location does NOT have RDTR, then questions will arise related to Article 181 of Government Regulation Number 5 of the Year 2021.

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the VALIDASI RISIKO button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

8.b. Fill in your Business Detail Form (If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the FOREST)

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the VALIDASI RISIKO button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

8.c. Fill in your Business Detail Form (If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the SEA)

Answer the question “Apakah lokasi lintas provinsi?” (Is the location across provinces?). If you select "Yes", the cross-province data and address will appear. Click TAMBAH PROVINSI to add cross-province data, and click SIMPAN if you have completed the data.

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the VALIDASI RISIKO button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

9. Fill in the Product/Service Data, then click the SIMPAN button.

10. Please Check the Product/Service List, then click the SELESAI button Lengkapi Formulir Detail

However, if the business location is in the Area, a Statement of Conformity of Area Location Space Utilization Activities will appear, then click the checkbox on the disclaimer listed, then click the SELESAI button.

11. Fill in your Business Data (Import Activity, BPJS, and WLKP). After completing the Business Data, check the checkbox. Then click on the SELANJUTNYA button

12. Please check your Business Activity List. The proposed Business Activity has two conditions that can be explained as follows:

a. If the business location applied for is not in an area that already has RDTR or is not in an Industrial Estate / SEZ / KPBPB or does not meet the criteria as stated in the fields related to Article 181 PP 5/2021, the system will send a notification of the application for KKPR Approval (PKKPR) to the Ministry of ATR / Regional Government according to the authority, so that the status here reads "PKKPR in the verification process" and the Business Actor needs to go through the Requirements Fulfillment process on the menu provided.

b. Business Activities with KKPR automatically approved

13. Check and fill in the Environment Approvals Document (Based on the KBLI or Business Field), and click on LANJUT button

a. If you have the Environment Approval Document, the system will show options types of Environment Documents you have, and then click on LANJUT button

b. If you didn’t have the Environment Approval Document, please carefully follow these steps:

The System will show the confirmation of “Pilih Jenis Usaha dan/atau Kegiatan” (Select the type of business and/or activity) that you must choose based on your KBLI/Business Field choices, then click on the LANJUT button

Fill in your Environmental Document Obligation Parameters, then click on the LANJUT button

14. Read carefully, Comprehend it, and put a checkmark on each self-statements checkbox, then click on the LANJUT button

15. Please check the Draft of Business License (NIB) once again, then click on the TERBITKAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA button

16. A business License (NIB) was successfully published (SS / Permit has not been verified). To get a verified SS / Permit you can carry out the process of fulfilling the Basic Requirements which will be explained in the next step.

FULFILLMENT OF NON-UMK BASIC REQUIREMENTS - BUSINESS ENTERPRISE

If you are having difficulty processing the Fulfillment of Requirements Document for Non-UMK Licensing and Business Entities for High Risk (Fulfillment of Permit Requirements) and High Risk (Fulfillment of Business Standards). You can follow the steps below:

1. Select menu Perizinan Berusaha, then click Pemenuhan Persayaratan

2. Click the "V" icon on the selected business activity and then click the PROSES PEMENUHAN PERSYARATAN IZIN button for High-Risk Level business activities while for Medium High-Risk Level click the PROSES PEMENUHAN STANDAR USAHA button.

If, you are doing fulfillment outside the OSS system, click the "V" icon on the selected business activity then click the PROSES PEMENUHAN PERSYARATAN DI SISTEM K/L button.

3. Upload Fulfillment Document (Maximum File Upload 5MB). Check the checkbox. Then, click the LANJUT button

4. Please wait for the change of fulfillment status in the business license verification process. The fulfillment status will be verified and approved by the relevant authority so that the business license has been issued.

5. If the Fulfillment of Requirements has been verified then the fulfillment status will change to Verified

6. Once the Licensing Process and Compliance Documents are verified, you will receive a verified SS Document (Standard Certificate) for Medium High-Risk Level and a Permit Document for High-Risk Level.
