HIGH AND MEDIUM-HIGH-RISK NON-UMK LICENSES - INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS

1. Make sure you have OSS account access rights

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/, click “Masuk”

3. Enter your Username and Password and then click MASUK

4. Select Menu Perizinan Berusaha and then click Permohonan Baru

5. Fill in your Business Actor Data then click SIMPAN DATA to save the Business Actor data. Next, click ISI BIDANG USAHA to fill in the Business Field data.

6. Fill in your Business Field Data, then click the SIMPAN button

7.Fill in your Business Detail Form according to the location of your business activities with the following conditions:

a. If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the LAND

Fill in your Business Details

Select the Map Image Type. If you choose "Point", fill in the Latitude and Longitude points according to the business location and if you choose "Polygon", upload the polygon file in SHP Complete format

Answer the question “Apakah kegiatan usaha merupakan rencana pembangunan dan pengembangan Objek Vital Nasional?” (Is the business activity a National Vital Object development plan?). If you answer Yes, then upload the National Vital Object Decision File. Next, click the CEK RDTR DAN KEGIATAN (if applicable) in which case the system will display the following conditions:

If the business location is available in the RDTR, the business activity and site are by the RDTR, then a notification of the provisions in the RDTR that you selected will appear and if it is appropriate, you can click the LANJUT button.
If the business location is available in the RDTR, but the business activity and location are NOT in the RDTR, then you must change the KBLI or business location by clicking the BELUM button
Jika lokasi usaha tersedia RDTR, sedangkan kegiatan usaha dan lokasi TIDAK sesuai RDTR, maka Anda harus mengubah KBLI atau lokasi usaha dengan klik tombol BELUM.
If the business location does NOT have RDTR, then questions will arise related to Article 181 of Government Regulation Number 5 of the Year 2021.

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the VALIDASI RISIKO button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

b. Fill in your Bussiness Detail Form (If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the FOREST)

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the VALIDASI RISIKO button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

c. Fill in your Bussiness Detail Form (If you select "Location of Business Activity" in the SEA)

Fill in Bussiness Details

Answer the question “Apakah lokasi lintas provinsi?” (Is the location across provinces?). If you select "Yes", the cross-province data and address will appear. Click TAMBAH PROVINSI to add cross-province data, and click SIMPAN if you have completed the data.

Fill in your Investment Data for the Business Field and click the RISK VALIDATION button, to find out the business scale and risk level. The system will automatically display your business scale and risk level based on the data entered. Next, click the TAMBAH PRODUK/JASA button

8. Fill in the Product/Service Data, then click the SIMPAN button.

9. Please Check the Product/Service List, then click the SELESAI button

10. Please Check the Business Data and click the SELANJUTNYA button

11. Please Check your Business Activity List. The proposed Business Activity has two conditions that can be explained as follows:

Business Activities for Business Locations Requiring KKPR Verification (If the business location applied for is not in an area that already has RDTR or is not in an Industrial Zone/KEK/KPBPB or does not meet the criteria as listed in the fields related to Article 181 of PP 5/2021, the system will send a notification of application for KKPR Approval (PKKPR) to the Ministry).

12. Check and fill in the Environment Approvals Document (Based on the KBLI or Business Field), and click on LANJUT button

a. If you have the Environment Approval Document, the system will show options types of Environment Documents you have, and then click on LANJUT button

b. If you don’t have the Environment Approval Document, please carefully follow these steps:

The System will show the confirmation of “Pilih Jenis Usaha dan/atau Kegiatan” (Select the type of business and/or activity) that you must choose based on your KBLI/Business Field choices, then click on the LANJUT button

Fill in your Environmental Document Obligation Parameters, then click on the LANJUT button

13. Read carefully, Comprehend it, and put a checkmark on each self-statements checkbox, then click on the LANJUT button

14. Please check the Draft of Business License (NIB) once again, then click on the TERBITKAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA button

15. Business License (NIB) published

a. Medium-High Risk Level

Business Licensing Documents that can be issued in this risk stage are verified NIB and SS (Standard Certificate) Documents. You can view, download, and print the business license products.

b. High-Risk Level

Business Licensing Documents that can be issued in this risk stage are verified NIB and Permit Documents. You can view, download, and print the business license products.

FULFILMENT OF NON-UMK REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENTS - INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS

If you are having difficulty processing the Document Fulfillment of Requirements for Non-UMK Licenses and Individuals for High and Medium Risk. You can follow the steps below:

1. Select Menu Perizinan Berusaha, then click Pemenuhan Persyaratan

2. For the Required Documents process divided by the Risk Level of your business, please follow the steps below:

a. Medium High-Risk Level

Click the "V" icon on the business activity you selected, then click the PROSES PEMENUHAN STANDAR USAHA/PERSYARATAN button.

Upload Fulfillment Document (Maximum File Upload 5MB). Check the checkbox. Then, click the LANJUT button

Please wait for the change of fulfillment status in the business license verification process. The fulfillment status will be verified and approved by the relevant authority so that the business license has been issued.

After the Licensing Process and Compliance Documents are verified, you will get the NIB and SS (Standard Certificate) documents.

b. High-Risk Level

Click the "V" icon on the business activity you selected, then click the PROSES PEMENUHAN STANDAR USAHA/PERSYARATAN button.

Upload Fulfillment Document (Maximum File Upload 5MB). Check the checkbox. Then, click the LANJUT button

Please wait for the change of fulfillment status in the business license verification process. The fulfillment status will be verified and approved by the relevant authority so that the business license has been issued.

After the Licensing Process and Compliance Documents are verified, you will get the NIB and Permit documents.
