9. Complete Investment Realization Data (According to Initial Acquisition Value)

For Business Actors who have never reported LKPM in Risk-Based OSS, please fill in the Total Realization Period column Previously. For those who have already reported, the system will display the Total Realization Data for the Previous Period automatically.

10. Complete Data on Manpower Utilization

For Business Players who have not previously reported LKPM on Risk-Based OSS, please fill in the column for Labor Prior to the Reporting Period.display data on Labor Prior to the Reporting Period.

Data on Business Actors that must be completed:

Realization of production on the type of goods/services produced
Export (%) on the type of goods/services produced (if carrying out export activities)
Export value in US$ per year (if carrying out export activities)

Make sure you fill in the data Production Realization and if you fill in production realization 0 (zero), then Export Data (%) and Export Value in US $ per year cannot be filled in

12. Complete the Data on Problems Faced by Business Actors

Select the Category of Problems and Details of the Problems (if any), then fill in the Problem Description (Chronology)
Click SAVE PROBLEMS
The problems that have been inputted will be stored in the table below and will be sent to the verifier
You can delete the problems you choose by checking the box next to the number column and clicking the DELETE button

13. Complete the Data of Leaders/Persons in Charge of LKPM

16. LKPM UMK Report has been sent

17.a Verification of Ministries/Agencies for LKPM UMK

Regency/Municipal DPMPTSP will carry out verification in accordance with Norms, Standards, Procedures and Criteria (NSPK).
If the LKPM submitted is incomplete or not appropriate, then the Verifier will provide a note and the LKPM status on the LKPM Actors UMK List becomes 'Needs Improvement'. Click CHANGE to change the LKPM data and provide feedback on the correction notes from the Verifier.

18.Responding to LKPM UMK Correction Notes from the Verifier

To provide feedback on the corrective notes from the Verifier, tick the checkbox/checkbox on the Verifier record, then fill in the Response in the response box.
Click SEND RESPONSE to send a correction note reply. Business actors must provide responses to the verifier's records.
After you have responded to all correction notes from the Verifier, send back the LKPM. LKPM UMK status will change to "Repaired".

19.a LKPM UMK Reporting Has Been Approved

If the verifier approves the UMK LKPM Reporting, the LKPM status will change to 'Approved'

Receipt (click RECEIPT)
Print LKPM UMK (click PRINT LKPM)
LKPM UMK reporting form that has been submitted (click VIEW)

20. LKPM UMK Reporting Has Been Approved (Example of Receipt)

The status on the printed Receipt changes based on the reported LKPM status. For example, if the current status of the LKPM has been approved then the status on the Receipt will be “Approved”.
