Application of of Raw Material Import Facility

1. Make sure that you have access rights

Access rights in the form of a username and password sent to the email specified during registration

2. Visit https://oss.go.id/

3. Select ENTER

4. Enter Username and Password, then click the ENTER

APPLICATION FOR NEW RAW MATERIAL IMPORT FACILITIES

1. Enter Facilities Menu >> Import Facilities >> New Raw Materials

Click on the Facilities
Navigate to the line Raw Material Import Facilities
Then click New Raw Materials

2. Select Activity Businesses to be processed

Click Dropdown to display the Select Project/Business menu
Click Select Project/Business to proceed to the next stage.
There are 2 questions to submit New Raw Materials, if the business actor already has a KMK for raw materials then Yes and if he does not have KMK for raw materials No . To continue the application Process

2. Select the Business Activity to be processed

Click Dropdown to display the Select SKEP menu
Click Select SKEP to proceed to the next stage

3.a Complete the Requirements Document data required

3.b Complete the Requirements Document data required

Make sure the Raw Material Form Data is filled in correctly.
Click Attach Icon to upload the Recommendation Letter
All data has been filled in, the save data will be active.

After all data is filled in, the data entered earlier will appear in the table.

Click Pencil Icon to Change Data
Click Trash Icon to Delete Data
Click Check Button to Select the Document to be deleted
Click View Document to View Uploaded Documents
Click Clear Data to Delete selected Data

Click Download the UMKM Commitment Online Form to see a printout of the data entered in the UMKM Commitment Online Form

4. Submitting the Application for New Raw Material Import Facilities to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM Processor

Select all statements/disclaimers to proceed to process the application and ensure that the data entered is correct,
Write a Note if necessary,
Click Process Application to send the application to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM

5. Select List of All Applications to see the status of the application

Click New on the Dropdown Select Filtering to see a list of types of applications New Raw Materials

Status of Application for Import Facility

Applicant – Draft → Application is still on the Applicant's side and has not yet been sent to BKPM
Applicant - Copy of KMK Received → Copy of KMK has been issued and can be seen by Applicant
Applicant – Repair of Application → Application is returned to Applicant for correction
Applicant - Ditto's request lak → Application is rejected because the data requirements and completeness do not comply with applicable laws
BKPM – Documents Received → Application enters BKPM account BKPM
BKPM – Evaluation Process → Application evaluation begins with BKPM
BKPM - Application Approved → KMK Issuance Process → Application is in the process of issuing KMK

5. Select List of All Applications in order to see the status of the application

Click New on the Dropdown Select Filtering to view a list of types of requests for New Raw Materials

Application Status for Import Facility

Applicant – Draft → Application is still on the Applicant's side and has not been sent to the
Applicant's BKPM - Copy of KMK Accepted → A copy of the KMK has been issued and can be seen by the Applicant
. Applicant – Correction a → Application is returned to the Applicant for correction
. Applicant - Application Rejected → Application is rejected because the data requirements and completeness do not comply with applicable laws
BKPM – Documents Received → Application enters BKPM
BKPM– Evaluation Process → Request BKPM begins evaluating the
Application BKPM - Approved Application → KMK Issuance Process → Application is in the process of issuing KMK

1. Enter Facilities Menu >> Raw Material Import Facilities >> Change Raw Materials

Click on Facilities
Navigate to the line Raw Material Import Facilities
Then click Change Raw Materials

2. Select Business Activities to be processed.

Click the Dropdown to display the Changes menu.
Click Changes to continue to the next stage.
Select the type of change to be made. If the business actor is sure that he will make this type of change, then select Process to continue the change
