If there is a status of 'Sea PKKPR Does Not Meet Requirements', go to step 14.b

14.b Check the List of Business Activities (for Business Locations that need Sea KKPR verification)

If the business location is in the Sea, then the status will besays "Sea PKKPR Does Not Meet Requirements" and Business Players need to go through the Requirements Fulfillment on the menu provided to be able to process verification and approval of submissions for Marine PKKPR to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries according to their authority.

Note: If information appears , you need to first fulfill the Sea PKKPR requirements process,

until the permit is verified to be able to continue the Licensing application process.

15. Check and complete the Environmental Approval Document (KBLI/Specific Business Field)

The system will display a confirmation question "Do you already have an Environmental Approval Document for this activity?" which you must choose:

If you select Already, go to step 15.a to document environmental approval
If you select Not yet, go to step 15.b to complete the parameter form for environmental approval obligations in accordance with the conditions in the selected business activity.

Click the CONTINUE button.

Environmental Parameters, select the parameter conditions listed on the form in accordance with the business activities carried out. (Then the system will display the types of environmental document obligations that must be fulfilled, such as SPPL, UKL/UPL, or AMDAL.
Business Description, fill in according to the description of the business activities carried out.

16. Understand and Check the Self-Certification

The system will display various kinds of Mandiri Statements in accordance with previously stored data and information, such as K3L Independent Statements, Willingness to Meet Business Standards, KKPR, SPPL, etc. in accordance with previously stored data and information.
Read, understand and click the checkbox for each SELF-STATEMENT.
Click button LANJUT.

17. Check Draft Undertaking Licensing

The system will display the NIB draft, then click the checkbox.
Click button TERBITKAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA.

18. Perizinan Berusaha telah terbit (SS/Izin belum terverifikasi)

Perizinan Berusaha telah terbit, meliputi:

NIB, klik tombol CETAK NIB (hanya untuk persiapan usaha) ditambah:
Sertifikat Standar, untuk tingkat risiko Menengah Tinggi.
Izin, untuk tingkat risiko Tinggi.
Pernyataan Mandiri, klik tulisan Cetak.
PKKPR, klik CETAK PKKPR
PKPLH/SKKL, klik CETAK PKPLH/SKKL (jika ada).

Anda dapat melihat, mengunduh, dan mencetak produk perizinan berusaha tersebut.
Jika dokumen lingkungan yang dibutuhkan adalah UKL-UPL atau Amdal, maka lakukan pemenuhan persyaratan dokumen lingkungan terlebih dahulu ke instansi yang berwenang.
Setelah melalui proses persetujuan persyaratan dasar, untuk mendapatkan Sertifikat Standar dan Izin yang terverifikasi, maka lakukan pemenuhan persyaratan perizinan berusaha dengan:

PEMENUHAN PERSYARATAN

1. Open the Business Licensing Menu, select Fulfillment of Requirements

2.a Select the KBLI that you want to process

Click button Proses Pemenuhan Persyaratan Izin.

For the Medium High risk level, the 'Process of Fulfilling Business Standards' button appears.
For the High risk level, a button appears 'Proses Pemenuhan Persyaratan Izin'.

Note: Medium High risk (Compliance with Business Standards),

while High risk (Fulfillment of Permit Requirements)

2.b Select the KBLI that you want to process (if fulfillment is outside the OSS system)

Click Button Proses Pemenuhan Persyaratan Izin Di Sistem K/L.
Next, you will be directed to the website of the relevant agency to continue the process of fulfilling the requirements.

(If the process of fulfilling the requirements has been completed and the application status becomes 'Issuance Permit/Verified SS', proceed to step 5).

3. Complete Fulfillment Documents

Click the Select Document button and upload the appropriate document.

(The maximum document size is 5 MB, with the PDF document type format)

Fill in the Notes column as additional notes/information for the relevant authorized agency. (optional)

4. Wait for the Fulfillment Status change

Changes in fulfillment status after uploading the required documents.

Fulfillment status after being verified and approved by the relevant competent authority, so that the business license has been issued.

5. Business Permit has been issued (Verified)

Open the NEW APPLICATION menu, then the system will display BUSINESS ACTIVITIES LIST.

(Or you can also open the HOME menu, then click PERMISSIONS.)

Business Permits have been issued, including:

NIB, click the button CETAK NIB.
Standard Certificate/ Permit, click CETAK Sertifikat Standar/ CETAK Izin for Business Permits that have been verified (adjusted to the level of risk).
Independent Statement, click on writing Cetak.
PKPLH/SKKL, Clik CETAK PERSETUJUAN PKPLH/SKKL(If there are).

Then you can view, download, and print the licensed product.
