THE PROCESSING OF SANCTION OF PROPOSED REVOKED OF MINISTRY/INSTITUTION/REGION (K/L/D) - PROPOSER FOR CENTRAL AUTHORITY PROJECTS

This guide explains the process for proposers applying for a revocation of project data with central authority. If you are having difficulty carrying out the proposal process for Sanctions for Revoking Ministries/Institutions/Regional (K/L/D) Proposals on Business Actors, you can follow the steps below:

1. Visit https://oss.go.id/, and click MASUK.

2. Enter your Username And Password, then click the MASUK button.

3. Enter the menu SANKSI, choose PENCABUTAN, and click USULAN K/L/D.

4. After that, the system will display the List of Business Actors page for which the Request for Revocation Proposal will be submitted. You can use the Search feature provided for the Business Actor Data you want. After searching, click the sign 'v' on the Business Actor Data that you selected and click PROSES.

5. Choose Business Activity Data owned by the Business Actor whose Revocation will be proposed by checking the check box, then click PROSES.

6. After you select a project, the system will display the Business Permit Revocation Form Proposed by the Ministry/Institution/Region. Please check the Data on Business Actors affected by Sanctions first.

7. Check the Detailed Business Actor Data

8. Check the Revocation Applicant Data

9. Fill in Sanction History Data (if any). After completing the Sanction History Data, click TAMBAH SANKSI to save the data you just filled in in the table below. You can also delete Sanction History Data that has been saved by clicking the icon 'Trashcan' on your selected data. Fill in this Sanction History List is not mandatory or not required to be filled in and is only completed if the business activity you are proposing is subject to previous sanctions.

10. Fill in the Detailed Data on Revocation Actions/Reasons for Revocation

11. Fill in the Data on Actions Taken. After completing the Action Data, click TAMBAH AKSI to save the data you just filled in in the table below. You can also delete Performed Action Data that has been saved by clicking the icon 'Trashcan' on your selected data.

12. Fill in the Data of the Person in Charge of the Revocation Proposal

13. Read and understand the Statement carefully, check it checkbox DISCLAIMER, and make sure the complete data on the revocation form is correct, then click SEND. You can also save the PB-UMKU Revocation proposal request form as a draft by clicking the button SIMPAN SEBAGAI DRAF.

14. The status of the Request for Revocation Proposal has been ‘Sent/Terkirim’ and will be checked by the verifier first before being forwarded by the Approval. Please wait for the verification results and check regularly.

If during regular checks the request status is transformed into “Verifikator - Proses Verifikasi Ahli Muda/Ahli Madya/Staff/Deputi” and “Verifikator - Diteruskan ke Direktur/Ahli Muda/Ahli Madya/Deputi” for The process of examining the proposed data is still ongoing. The following is an example of an image of changes in Application Status during the verification process:

15. If the required documents submitted are not complete or do not comply with the provisions, the verifier will return the application. Your application status will be “Perlu Perbaikan”. Click the icon 'v' and click LIHAT DETAIL to improve the application form for the Revocation proposal.

16. See the notes column for correction notes from the authorized verifier. Fill in/correct the documents on the application form according to the correction notes.

17. Once the application/document is corrected, click on the checkbox DISCLAIMER and click SUDAH DIPERBAIKI to send revisions to the request for the Revocation proposal.

18. If the Verifier has approved the application for Proposed Revocation Sanctions, the status of the application will change to “Disetujui”. Once approved by the Approver, the Revocation date will also appear as shown in the image below. You can click the icon 'in' to display:

Revocation proposal request form (click LIHAT DETAIL);
NIB printout (click CETAKAN NIB);
Retraction Print (click CETAKAN PENCABUTAN);
Printed Statement of Revocation (click SURAT PERNYATAAN PENCABUTAN).
